  • Rear Flashing Light, on helmet or bike

  • Replacement Bike Tube

  • Water Bottles / Bladder (40oz minimum)

  • Phone in water-proof container or bag

  • Rain Protection, coat or poncho

  • Headlamp or Flashlight (w/extra batteries)

  • Compass

  • Whistle

  • Tire Repair Kit: patches, tire levers, pump

  • First Aid / Safety Kit: Bandages, antibiotic ointment, electrolyte tablets

  • Pocket Knife

  • Lighter or Waterproof Matches

  • Marker or Pen

RULES

Final Rules Will Be Provided in the Race Communication

  1. You must stay within sight and shouting distance of your teammates at all times

  2. Some Designated CPs must be obtained on-foot while bike is dropped​

  3. You may leave your Bike at any designated bike-drop (BD) area

  4. Follow laws for pedestrian and bike travel on public roads, sidewalks, and trails

  5. Do not trespass near any Public Utility

  6. Follow Wilderness Leave-No-Trace principles
